On behalf of THE GALLERY LODGE Number 1928 we welcome you to our website.
If you are reading this then you may be someone who is interested in becoming a Freemason or someone that is already a Freemason and looking to join or visit a London Lodge. In either case we would welcome the opportunity of helping you.
This website is designed to give you the basic information you need.
For those thinking about becoming a Freemason you may be surprised that we can tell you just about everything you want to know. The only “secrets” are about some of our rituals because to reveal them would simply spoil the experience of those that have not yet experienced them.
So, if you are interested then please don’t delay in contacting our MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY at the e-mail address on the Contact Page of this website.
Should you already be a Freemason and looking to join or visit a London Lodge then please contact me the LODGE SECRETARY at the e-mail address on the Contact page of this website.
Freemasonry is about sharing a common desire for charitable support and following a high moral code. It is a male-only society, focused on following the three core principles and improving oneself and others. Our society is open to men of any race, religion, political belief and status.
If you are considering becoming a Freemason and are interested in joining a London Lodge then please contact our Membership Secretary; his contact e-mail is on the Contact page. The Membership Secretary will initially send you some information to allow you to more fully understand the organisation and then follow up when you are ready to arrange to meet up and discuss further.
Alternatively you can get further information from the Metropolitan Grand Lodge which is the administrative body for London Freemasonry. Details are on the Contact page.
If you are already a Freemason and would like to visit and perhaps even join the Gallery Lodge, then please contact the Lodge Secretary. Details are on the Contact page.
The Gallery Lodge meets four times each year on the first Saturday in December and February, the third Saturday in June and the first Saturday in September.
All meetings take place at 3.00pm at Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street, London.
In addition, there are Lodges of Instruction also held at Great Queen Street.
